We spend so much time telling our bodies to do, bossing them around, trying to fix and control them.

What if instead you could learn to lovingly celebrate and listen to your body’s messages and requests?

And through that process, you could have a body that you loved to live in, that was your partner and best friend?

Meet your teacher

Jonathan Mead (they/them) is a holistic body coach and movement educator. They’ll be leading this once a year workshop to help you release tension, stuck emotions and old stories to come back to who you really are.

  • Yes, absolutely. As long as you register, you'll receive a recording/replay link to watch any time sent to the email you sign up with. Typically it's sent within 48-72 hours.

  • I do my best to always provide accomodations and alternative suggestions to people with disabilities, movement limitations and injuries.

    Captions will be provided with the recording.

  • I create these workshops so you can dive deep into a specific subject. However, I always encourage people to take them at their own pace.

    After the workshop is recorded, I send out a video link with chapters for digestible, bite-sized viewing. You can always split it up and watch in 10-15 minute chunks. Some is better than none!
