Join us December 31st for…
A Powerful Ritual to Start the Year Intentionally
We’ll use movement, breath and the power of community to release what no longer serves us
If you’re anything like… everyone, you probably have some energy that’s ready to be let go of.
There are likely stories that you’re ready to let go of about who you are and what you’re capable of.
Sure, you could try to let them go by just journaling or talking about it, which might help.
But the truth is that these things live in your body.
It’s much more effective to move them through and out with embodied movement practices.
Let’s release and compost the old so we can come back to who we really are, together
This shared community space will be two and a half hours to help us reflect, let go and step back into the truth of who we are.
Then we’ll ground that into our bodies, right before we turn the page to the new year.
Most of us know that New Year resolutions rarely stick. What’s better is if we clear space to embodied who we really are, so that we can naturally and effortlessly create from the source of our true power.
What you'll experience during this awesome workshop
Guided practice to help you learn how to use movement to release emotions and stories, especially tricky, stuck ones
Space holding for whatever old stories and emotions are arising that you need to feel and let go
My most powerful “limit breaking” prompts to help you connect with and identify any sneaky limiting stories
Embodied movement practice to step back into and ground back into who you really are, so you can come back to and access it any time you get thrown off
Community space for sharing to be seen and witnessed (if you want, highly recommended)
Leaving with tools to continue your practice into the new year, because we know that life will continue to happen, but now you’ll know how to keep coming back to your truth
You’ll walk away lighter, freer and ready to create your best year ever.
