Join us for a special workshop on Saturday, March 15th at 11am PST on Zoom!
Reclaim Your Capacity For Joyful Movement
Have you gotten too serious? Are you always trying to do it “right”?
All around us we’re bombarded with messages about the “right” way to exercise, move and be in our bodies.
We’re constantly fed messages to optimize, improve and track our movements.
But, are we missing out on something when we do this?
What if joyful movement and feeling good in your body could guide you?
I don’t know about you, but for a long time I thought eventually I would get to the good part. But not until I sacrificed enough.
And all it did was trained me to be more serious and less joyful in my body.
In this upcoming workshop we’ll explore together how to reclaim our “taste” for pleasurable movement and delicious sensations.
What you can expect in this somatic movement workshop:
Guided practices to help you learn to tune into pleasurable sensations of aliveness, relaxation, freedom and play in your body.
How to start having more fun and embody more curiosity, even if you’ve been serious for a really
long time.Cues and prompts you can take with you to savor more and feel more at ease in your body.
Guidance on how to train your body to feel more joy, even if you’re dealing with pain, tension or numbness.
Time for Q&A and community sharing!
You’ll leave this experience with more capacity and understanding on how to prioritize a relationship with your body rooted in joy.
