A live workshop with Ev’Yan Whitney and Jonathan Mead
Tap Into the Power of Trust and Flow In Your Sensual Body
We’ve seen the power of what can happen when you learn to trust your body.
You get grounded into a wholly different kind of wisdom. You stop overthinking and start trusting yourself a lot more.
You start to learn to listen to your body’s signals and trust where they lead you, rather than fighting against its messages.
And we’ve seen the magic of flowing with your sensual self.
You move through the world using pleasure to guide you toward your softness. You begin prioritizing what makes you feel good and respond better to stressors that try to harden you.
You start to reconnect with your sense of excitement, joy, and sensuality, rather than feeling disconnected from your aliveness.
We want to help you reconnect to the trust and flow of your body
Join us for two hours of deeply restorative connection back into your trust and flow, through somatic movement, sensual centering and dance meditation.
Happening on Sunday, November 13th @ 11 am PST / 2:00 pm EST
Live on Zoom
